STRATEGI PENGELOLAAN PARIWISATA BERBASIS ADAPTASI DAN TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL PADA ERA PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19 (STUDI DI WISATA TAMAN DOLAN, DESA PANDANREJO, KOTA BATU)

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on the management of the tourism industry in Batu City. The Covid-19pandemic also has a wide impact on people's lives. In this case, one of the sectors that has been most affected by this global pandemic is the tourism services sector. One of the tourism sectors that has felt the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is located in East Java, Batu City, which has long had its own charm in attract tourists. The essence to be con-veyed is how the process of tourism management in Batu City during this pan-demic. In this study using a qualitative research type with a descriptive ap-proach. Dolan park tourism management strategy during the covid-19period was good, because during the covid-19 period, the park tourism manager was able to take advantage of technological sophistication, namely by marketing tourism products through online media. Supporting factors in managing dolan park tour-ism during the Covid-19pandemic, namely: (1) granting permission from the Ba-tu City government; (2) cooperation between Taman Dolan and the Batu City government; (3) direct supervision of the Batu City Covid Group Team of every tourist. While the inhibiting factors in managing Dolan Park tourism during the Covid pandemic, include: (1) a shortage of labor; (2) visitors who do not comply with health protocols; (3) people do not know if the dolan park tourism has been reopened; (4) company revenue decreases. The suggestion for the “Dolan Park”, there needs to be socialization directly or through social media regarding the rules that must be obeyed by tourists during the Covid-19 pandemic.
